Green Diamond Landscaping LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect through this website and how we use it. We keep this simple on purpose — we’re a landscaping company, not a data company, and we only collect what we need to get back to you about your estimate.
What information does Green Diamond Landscaping collect?
When someone submits a free estimate request or uses the chat widget on this site, Green Diamond collects the information given voluntarily: name, phone number, email (optional), property address (optional), and any message or job details typed in. Nothing is asked for beyond what’s needed to quote and schedule the work.
How is my information used?
For one purpose: to respond to the estimate request and follow up by phone, text, or email. All requests get a same-day response. Information is not used for marketing lists, retargeting, or any purpose beyond handling the request submitted.
Who processes my information?
A submission is sent to GoHighLevel (the CRM used to track and follow up on the inquiry). GoHighLevel also provides the chat widget on this site and an external tracking script — see “Does this site use cookies or tracking?” below for what those set on your browser. As a fallback, submissions are also stored with the database provider Supabase. An internal text alert about the new inquiry goes out to the team through Blooio (SMS). Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form submission is coming from a real visitor, not a bot, before it’s processed — it does not collect personal information beyond standard bot-detection signals. Each of these acts only as a processor on Green Diamond’s behalf; none of them uses submitted information for their own purposes.
Does Green Diamond sell my information?
No. Information is not sold, rented, or traded to anyone, for any reason, and is not used for advertising or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Does this site use cookies or tracking?
Yes, in a limited way. This site runs two tools supplied by GoHighLevel: the chat widget, and an external tracking script that helps us tell which page led to a submitted request. Together they set one session cookie (name starts with “lc_session_tk_”) and a small amount of browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) — used so the chat widget can remember an in-progress conversation and your language, and so a new lead can be attributed to the page that generated it. This site does not run Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, or any third-party advertising or retargeting tracker, and none of this data is sold or shared for advertising.
How long is my information kept?
Only as long as needed to schedule and complete the estimate or job, and for ordinary business records afterward — not retained indefinitely for any other purpose.
What are my choices?
Anyone can ask what information is on file for them, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion — call (410) 847-9393 or send a message through our contact form and it will be taken care of.
