Who Processes It
Your submission is stored with our database provider, Supabase, and a notification email is sent to our team through our email provider, Resend. These are the two outside services involved. Both act only as processors on our behalf — their role is limited to securely storing and delivering your inquiry to us. Neither uses your information for their own purposes.
We Don't Sell Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone, for any reason. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies & Tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics tools, or third-party advertising trackers. We're not tracking you across the web or building a profile — the only data we have is what you directly submit to us in a form or chat conversation.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your inquiry only as long as needed to serve you — to schedule and complete your estimate or job — and for our ordinary business records afterward. We don't retain it indefinitely for any other purpose.
